Elimination diet recipes - Roasted garlic cauliflower

Roasted garlic cauliflower (2-4 servings)

It’s garlic-licious! Don’t eat the day before an important job interview or big date J

Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon thyme

1 ½ teaspoons salt

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil, garlic, salt, thyme and oregano. Roast until browned and tender, 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool and then eat.
